Text Box: 	Slovakia adopted  the Euro as official currency  on 1 January 2009 with  rate of 1 EUR = 30.1260 SKK. 
	SKK notes and coins will be accepted for cash payments until 16 January 2009. 	
	SKK will be convertible free of charge at all credit institutions until 30 06 2009 coins and 31.12.2009 notes. 
	SKK coins will be convertible at the Central Bank  until 31 12 2013 and  banknotes with no time limits.
