Text Box: 	The Republic of Macedonia declared independence from Yugoslavia on September 8, 1991. 
	The currency was introduced on April 26, 1992 and at that time was equivalent to the 1990 version of Yugoslav dinar.
	On May 5, 1993 the currency was reformed, with one new denar.
	The current denar was introduced in 1996 and improved in 2003.
	The previous series denars are no more redeemable!!
