older not redeemable NOTES(1975+)

Text Box: In many places in the world, large amounts of old, paper not more redeemable PGK have come up.
Even the new polymer PGK have no realization, except perhaps small sums for tourists, which is quite rare.
The reason is that the country has experienced serious hard currency difficulties for years, especially since 2016 and it is practically hard to buy foreign currency.
